Maison Revka
Celebrated in Paris and Saint-Tropez, Maison Revka arrived in Dubai at Delano on Bluewaters Island as a collaboration between Paris Society and RIKAS Hospitality Group. The restaurant is a dazzling tribute to Slavic culture through refined gastronomy. Stained glass, rich colour and old-world glamour meet caviar, smoked salmon and reimagined pavlovas.

Maison Revka is part restaurant, part salon, part escape. There is an ornate dining room, verandas opening onto a winter garden, a private salon for intimate gatherings and a mosaic-lined pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Together they make it one of the most romantic addresses in the city.
